User Seats are for agents that are allowed to receive leads. Setting up a User Seats is Easy!

Step 1: Open Settings

  • Click on Settings to View your settings options

Step 2: Create your User Seats

  • Select the "User Seats" tab at the top of your Settings screen
  • Click on "Add New Agent"
  • Fill out the form
    • You must assign your User Seat a Username and Password to be able to log-in.
    • The User's e-mail address will be their Username
  • Click Save and you're done!
-Be sure to setup Lead Routing to determine how your Agents are going to receive Lead Assignments.
